2.3 One Account Policy

You are permitted to open only one Player Account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any associated balances, bonuses, or potential winnings may be withheld or cancelled in accordance with applicable regulations and these Terms.

3. Geolocation and Location Services

4. Purchases and Payments

  • Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is generated, confirmed in our system, and transmitted to the official lottery operator, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5.3 Claiming Winnings

  • Major Prizes ($1,000 and over): May require additional verification. You may be required to provide government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and to complete a Prize Claim Form. In some cases, you may be required to claim directly from the official lottery operator.
  • Jackpots: Jackpot wins are subject to a formal validation process by the official lottery operator. Winners may be asked to comply with publicity requirements, where permitted by provincial regulations and subject to separate consent.
